1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REP (Rich · Enterprising · People), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use REP for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the platform materials
• Using materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to another person or mirroring on other servers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you exit your account at the end of each session

4. Community Standards

REP is a community rooted in respect, empowerment, and economic advancement. All users must:

• Treat all members with dignity and respect
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not use the platform to solicit illegal activity
• Represent themselves and their businesses truthfully

5. Payments & Coins

All payments for mentor sessions, event tickets, and REP Coins are processed through Stripe. REP Coins are a virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be refunded. Mentor session cancellation and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time by contacting support@repnetwork.com.

6. Investment Disclaimer

REP facilitates connections between investors and businesses/individuals. REP is not a licensed broker, dealer, or investment advisor. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any investment outcomes. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

REP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

REP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
